Abstract
Eğitsel tanılama ve değerlendirme, eğitim süreçlerinde öğrencilerin öğrenme durumlarını ve ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek, öğretim yöntemlerini buna göre düzenlemek ve öğrenci başarılarını değerlendirmek için kullanılan önemli araçlardır. Eğitsel tanılama, öğrencilerin mevcut bilgi ve beceri düzeylerini detaylı bir şekilde inceler ve bu bilgiler öğretmenler tarafından, her öğrenciye özel eğitim stratejileri geliştirilmesi için kullanılır. Bu süreç, aynı zamanda özel eğitim gereksinimleri olan öğrencilerin erken dönemde tespit edilmesine de olanak tanır. Eğitsel değerlendirme ise, öğrenme süreci boyunca ve sonunda öğrencilerin ilerlemelerini ölçmek için yapılan sistemli değerlendirmelerdir.

Abstract
Educational diagnosis and evaluation are important tools used in educational processes to determine students' learning situations and needs, to organize teaching methods accordingly and to evaluate student achievements. Educational diagnostics examines students' current knowledge and skill levels in detail, and this information is used by teachers to develop educational strategies specific to each student. This process also allows early identification of students with special educational needs. Educational evaluation, on the other hand, is systematic evaluations made to measure the progress of students throughout and at the end of the learning process.
